1:1 Session - Held Experience

A deeper space where we explore what’s present together — with support, guidance, and care.

In this session, you are not navigating it alone.

We work in real time with what’s arising for you — including:

-  your current emotional state
-  patterns, fears, or internal conflict
-  body sensations and responses
-  the parts of you trying to protect or hold things together

Within the session, I will gently guide you through:

-  somatic awareness and grounding
-  personalised tapping (EFT)
-  exploration of protector parts
-  uncovering what’s sitting beneath the surface

-  feel safely held as things unfold
-  move beyond what feels stuck or looping
-  access deeper clarity and understanding
-  experience meaningful shifts in real time

Measure Nervous System shifts

As part of the Infinity Protocol beta, participants were asked to rate their internal states before and after sessions using a standard 0–10 subjective scale.

Results showed an average 68% reduction in distress-based states, alongside a 128% increase in positive felt states such as calm, clarity and groundedness.

These results suggest the work supports both nervous system regulation and increased internal safety — allowing people to move out of survival responses and into a more resourced, embodied state.
