A 3 month Nervous System & Self Trust Journey

Where you know something needs to change, but forcing yourself forward only creates more overwhelm.
The Return was created as a gentler, more supported way to experience Infinity Protocol.
Not as an intense transformation container.
Not as another self-development programme asking you to become someone else.
But as a space to begin understanding:

The Return was named because this journey is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning.
Returning to the parts of yourself that have been hidden beneath years of coping, adapting, protecting and surviving.
Returning to greater awareness of your nervous system.
Returning to your own truth.
Returning to your own inner authority.
Returning to the self-trust that allows you to move through life with greater clarity, choice and confidence.
Because often what we are seeking is not something we need to find.
It is something we need to remember.
What are the Self Guided Sessions?
The Infinity Protocol Self Guided Sessions are designed to help you understand yourself at a deeper level.
Each session explores a different area of life, behaviour, emotion or human experience through guided self-enquiry and reflection.
Rather than offering generic advice or one-size-fits-all solutions, the sessions help you identify the specific beliefs, fears, emotional patterns and nervous system responses that may be influencing your daily life.
At the end of each session, your responses are used to create a personalised EFT tapping script tailored to your unique experience.
This personalised script helps you work directly with the emotional patterns, beliefs and nervous system responses identified during your reflection.
Over time, this process supports greater awareness, emotional regulation, self-understanding and self-trust.
The sessions can be explored at your own pace, allowing you to revisit themes as your awareness deepens and new insights emerge.
This is not a course to complete.
It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognise the patterns shaping your experience, and gradually create new possibilities from a place of greater safety, awareness and choice..

A personal note from Marilu
If you've found your way to this page, there is a good chance you're carrying more than most people realise.
You may be the one who keeps going.
The one who holds everything together.
The one who thinks things through, takes responsibility and keeps putting one foot in front of the other.
And yet underneath that strength, you may also be feeling tired.
Tired of overthinking.
Tired of carrying the weight of old fears and patterns.
Tired of trying to work everything out on your own.
Over the years, I have worked with people from many different walks of life, but the themes are often surprisingly similar.
People don't usually need more information.
They need a space where they can slow down enough to hear themselves again.
A space where they can understand what their emotions, behaviours and nervous system responses have been trying to communicate.
A space where they no longer have to fight themselves.
That is my intention for The Return.
Not to fix you.
Not to change who you are.
Not to convince you that you need healing.
But to offer a gentle, supportive space where you can become more aware of yourself, more compassionate towards yourself, and gradually rebuild trust in your own inner knowing.
Because in my experience, lasting change rarely comes from forcing.
It comes from understanding.
And often, the greatest transformation is not becoming someone new.
It is remembering who you were before fear, conditioning and survival patterns convinced you otherwise.
